Mike Winsor

Mike Winsor is Chief Executive and Operating Officer at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Indigo Natural Resources. During his 12 years at Indigo, Mike served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility from Drilling Manager to Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to Indigo, he held various engineering focused positions for both Southwestern Energy and Schlumberger. Mike earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the College of the North Atlantic, NL Canada.

Karlos Cepeda

  • Senior Vice President of Drilling

Karlos Cepeda is Senior Vice President of Drilling at Paloma Natural Gas. He has approximately 20 years of oil and gas experience. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Drilling at Indigo Natural Resources. While at Indigo, he served in a variety of engineering, management, and executive roles within the drilling department. Prior to Indigo, he held various drilling engineering focused positions for Baker Hughes, Rosetta Resources, and Noble Energy across numerous domestic and international basins. Karlos earned a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.

Rhuben Coffey

  • Senior Vice President of Operations

Rhuben Coffey is Senior Vice President of Operations at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as the Vice President of Operations at Vitruvian Exploration, LLC. During his 10 years at Vitruvian, Rhuben served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility from Drilling Manager, Operations Manager up to Vice President of Operations. Prior to Vitruvian, he held various engineering focused positions for Southwestern Energy, Fidelity E&P and Schlumberger. Rhuben earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the College of the North Atlantic, NL Canada.

Rodger Rains

  • Senior Vice President of Land

Rodger Rains is Senior Vice President of Land at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as Land Manager at Trinity Operating (USG), LLC. Rodger was with Trinity for 4.5 years and built their Haynesville program in both North Louisiana and East Texas to a 50K acreage position and managed a three rig drilling program. Prior to joining Trinity, he held various land positions at Chevron, BHP Billiton, Devon Energy, and Atinum E&P, Inc. where he worked Haynesville, Austin Chalk, and Utica Shales. Rodger earned a B.A. in Marketing and Legal Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Joel Scott

  • Senior Vice President of Production

Joel Scott is Senior Vice President of Production at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Indigo Natural Resources. Joel was with Indigo for 9 years and worked on a variety of properties in the Cotton Valley, Wilcox, Austin Chalk, Mid-Bossier and Haynesville. Prior to joining Indigo, he held various engineering positions at both Petrohawk Energy and BHP Billiton where he worked North Louisiana, Delaware Basin and South Midland Basin. Joel earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa.

Jamie Hansen

  • Vice President of Finance

Jamie Hansen is Vice President of Finance at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously she served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Grizzly Energy (f/k/a Vanguard Natural Resources). During her three years at Grizzly, she focused on corporate finance, strategic planning and investor relations. Prior to joining Grizzly, she served as Assistant Treasurer of Energy XXI from 2015 to 2018, and has held various corporate finance roles in mergers and acquisitions and financial planning at Energy XXI since 2006. Jamie holds a M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Houston and a B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University.

Brent Lucas

  • Vice President of Geology

Brent Lucas is Vice President of Geology at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as a geologist for Indigo Natural Resources and then Southwestern Energy working the Cotton Valley, Mid-Bossier, and Haynesville in North Louisiana and East Texas. Prior to joining Indigo, he worked as a geologist at Lewis Energy group working Eagle Ford and Wilcox in South Texas. Brent earned a B.S. and M.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Logan Studdert

  • Vice President of Reservoir Engineering

Logan Studdert is Vice President of Reservoir Engineering at Paloma Natural Gas. He has over 10 years of engineering experience spanning across most major US shale plays including the Haynesville, Permian, Eagle Ford, and Woodford. Previously he has served in various reservoir engineering roles for Goodrich Petroleum, Grizzly Energy (f/k/a Vanguard Natural Resources), and Newfield Exploration. Logan earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mike Tisdale

  • Vice President of Information Technology

Mike Tisdale is Vice President of Information Technology at Paloma Natural Gas. He has 20+ years of experience architecting and managing IT infrastructure and networks, and leading technical teams. He previously served as Senior Systems Engineer at Indigo Natural Resources and Senior Network Engineer at Southwestern Energy. Mike holds a double major in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Houston Christian University (formerly Houston Baptist University).

Jason Welch

  • Vice President - Controller

Jason Welch is Vice President - Controller at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as Accounting Manager at Goodrich Petroleum. Prior to Goodrich, Jason spent 8 years at Newfield Exploration where he held multiple positions with increasing responsibility in Internal Audit, Financial Reporting, and other various Operational Accounting roles. Jason’s career started as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he gained experience with clients across multiple industries. Jason earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University, and is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Texas.

Les Smith

  • Marketing and Midstream Advisor

Les Smith is the Marketing and Midstream Advisor at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Midstream, Marketing and HSE at Indigo Natural Resources. During 7 years at Indigo, Les worked Haynesville Basin gas gathering and water infrastructure projects supporting growth from 0.1 to 1.4 Bcfd. Prior to Indigo, Les worked at Momentum Midstream in Haynesville and Marcellus basins; and upstream engineering roles at Burlington Resources and TXO Production Corp. Les earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

Chris Whitten

  • Geoscience Advisor

Chris Whitten is the Geoscience Advisor at Paloma Natural Gas. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Geosciences at Indigo Natural Resources. Chris was with Indigo for 13 years and worked on a variety of properties in the Cotton Valley, Mid-Bossier and Haynesville. Prior to joining Indigo, he held geological positions at both Pogo Producing and OXY USA where he worked North Louisiana, East Texas and the Upper Texas Gulf Coast. Chris earned a B.S. in Geology from Trinity University in San Antonio and an M.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University.
